Meet Joseph Stephenson, our accomplished Partner at Elbob & Stephenson Legal. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and further honed his legal skills by completing the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Legal Business from the College of Law.

Admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Victoria and also in the High Court of Australia, Joseph brings a wealth of experience to our firm. His background includes work in criminal defence, civil litigation, insolvency, debt recovery, and consumer protection. Joseph is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality legal advice, ensuring both a positive outcome and a positive experience throughout the legal process.

Beyond his legal expertise, Joseph is deeply engaged in martial arts. Holding two black belts, he not only contributes as a Victorian State Team Member but also serves as the Victorian State Team Coach. Joseph has proudly represented both Victoria and Australia in national and international competitions. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the legal realm, making him a dynamic and accomplished leader both in and outside of the courtroom.
