Jade is an experienced commercial lawyer who combines strategic thinking with practical advice. She acts for businesses, directors, shareholders and individuals across a broad range of disputes and advisory matters. Her work includes Supreme Court litigation, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency matters, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, leasing matters and risk management advice.

Jade holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
Before joining EAS Legal, Jade worked in private practice, consulting and governance roles in Australia and the Netherlands. She also practised as a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, where she worked on banking, finance and infrastructure matters.
